We are recruiting for a new function within a global business who have recognised the need for a dedicated specialist to deliver the engagement strategy to ensure the satisfaction of their employees and assist in their talent attraction and retention success across their European operations and further afield.

A well-known, house-hold brand with a great culture and leading technology, our client is already a leading employer of choice but is investing in it’s future engagement strategy. We are seeking candidates who have specifically come from an Employee Engagement background (be that from within a HR or Internal Communications team) who brings ideas, energy and competency within this niche field.

The role is wide ranging, encompassing the development and coordination of employee engagement activities in collaboration with experts across the business to shape activities that improve the way the Company listens to, communicates, engages, and motivates employees to enhance the overall employee experience.   In addition, the role will manage employer brand development initiatives to engage, attract and retain experienced hires.

The role is based out of their office in Hemel Hempstead with opportunity to work from home 2/3 days per week. Salary circa £50,000 to £60,000 + an excellent benefits package.
