Chris Jones - Director

With over 14 years’ recruitment experience, Chris is a passionate believer in hard work and customer service. He ensures the team have the right tools and resources to look after our candidates and clients, but always makes time for our team quarterly incentives - to ensure we’re all supporting each other, and our team’s hard work is recognised. He loves sport, enjoys a good muddy charity event and is a real family person with 3 children that keep him busy. Chris is also currently top of the leader board in our strawberry laces speed eating competition.


Kate Miller - Office Manager

With over 20 years recruitment experience, Kate is the ‘go to’ person for our team. With her wealth of knowledge in both local markets and both temporary and permanent recruitment, she is always happy to provide advice and guidance. She is passionate about working here and loves the fact we are an open and honest agency, which is central to her beliefs. Outside of work her time is taken up with running as well as running around after two active teenagers!


Bobby Collins - Senior Consultant – Temp roles

An enthusiastic and positive person, Bobby has been with us for almost 2 years, and has built some fantastic, strong relationships with both clients and candidates. He’s received lots of positive feedback as testament to his commitment and support for everyone he’s worked with. He’s a big Chelsea fan and enjoys creating and drinking cocktails at various times of the day (not in working hours!). He loves watching anything sci-fi on Netflix when he gets a chance, but is busy at the moment spending time with his new baby boy.


Alex Ellis - Team Leader – Temp division

Alex is an experienced consultant and (fortunately for us) got her job here whilst looking for a role using Thinks services. She has a degree in hospitality, and this shows in her being a real people person, who builds great relationships with longevity. Alex is also a busy lady outside of the office. She can be found jetting off for her latest holiday adventure, planning her upcoming nuptials and among other hobbies, she has a secret coin collection. Her pride and joy is her mischievous dog Rolo, who’s escapades are frequently the subject of office stories.


Amy Whittingham - Recruitment Consultant

Amy comes to us fresh from completing her Marketing degree. She’s a strong people person and enjoys working within a busy team so she is perfect for our growing business. She’s a big fan of festivals and has been a regular at Reading for the last few years. She also loves an exotic holiday and socialising with her friends at the pub where she can be found, sipping a Gin or two.


Sophie Clarke - Consultant – Permanent roles

Sophie has over 6 years’ experience in recruitment with strong local knowledge. She takes pride in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring she finds the best fit for everyone. She’s a passionate football fan (a season ticket holder at Watford FC) and enjoys socialising with friends, going to festivals and gigs. Since becoming a Mum she has less time spare and so her favourite thing to do is spend time with her little boy.


Michelle McGuffin - Consultant

Michelle is an experienced marketing professional, having worked in several big corporate companies as well as small businesses in a variety of industries. She’s busy looking after Think’s social sites, coming up with new ideas and supporting the team on all Marketing activity. A fan of anything creative, parkrun and cream teas (they just don’t go together!) she enjoys family time with her two sons, husband and crazy dog.


Ben Jackson - Consultant – Permanent roles

Ben has recently joined the team and will be our Consultant for permanent roles in the Hemel Hempstead area. His friendly, approachable manner and excellent track record in delivering exceptional customer service means he is a perfect fit for our team. He’s a hardworking person who always goes the extra mile. Ben loves a sunny holiday, has a passion for animals (especially dogs – which works with our team of dog lovers!) and is also a Tottenham Hotspur FC supporter. So there’ll be some more football friendly banter in the office with another team to add to the mix.


Craig Collis - Temporary Consultant - Accountancy & Finance division

Craig joins us with almost 6 years’ experience specialising in the Accountancy and Finance sector across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, more specifically within the Temporary and interim market. He believes in going the extra mile for his candidates and clients is pivotal to ensuring everyone gets the very best experience.

Outside of the office, Craig calls himself a Barnet Supporter and Chelsea follower to avoid the title of “glory hunter”, and in the summer he is an avid Cricketer. Currently engaged, he and his fiancée spend lots of time planning for their big day next summer.


Van Kotedia - Business Manager

With 13 years of recruitment experience, including Senior ops management and executive search, Van likes a job well done in recruitment. She’s a firm believer in ‘Honesty is the best policy’ and demonstrates this with her straight talking, hard working character. When she does get some free time, she loves an active holiday abroad with her son and practices yoga to make sure she destresses.

Bethany comes to us with a fresh pair of eyes and a strong background in customer service. She is definitely organised in and out of work as, one of the youngest Barn Owls in the UK, she runs her own Brownie group! Another animal lover in the team, her dog Jasper is her pride and joy. When she gets time, she loves music festivals and travelling.


Clare Baker - Accountancy & Finance Specialist

Clare comes to us as an experienced commercially minded Business Development professional with over 8 years recruitment experience. She prides herself on excellent customer service resulting in long lasting working relationships. Having worked in Accountancy and Finance recruitment, as well as managing teams supplying Accountancy Apprenticeships, Clare has a wealth of knowledge in the sector placing candidates in various accountancy teams in SMEs and Blue chip businesses. Outside of work she doesn’t do things by halves with her 2 daughters, her crazy Springer Spaniel Jax and 2 cats keeping her busy!
