Working as part of a supportive and close-knit HR team, the HR Advisor/HR Business Partner will support large projects and all associated employees. A generalist role with a focus on employee relations, we are looking for candidates with previous HR Advisor level experience as a minimum with solid ER knowledge.

Role overview:

• Supporting employees across a multitude of large projects
• Working closely with and business partnering key stakeholders at a range of levels
• Issuing employment contracts to employees and updating expiring contracts
• Advise line managers on employee performance issues
• Manage any escalated and more complex ER cases
• Investigate grievances as and when they arise
• Running reports on compensation and employee data across projects
• Handle any IR35 queries for project workers
• Manage headcount metrics across projects
• Deal with any visa requirements for international workers
• Provide awareness of employee assistance programmes across projects
• Support and deliver on HR projects

Candidate requirements:

• Generalist HR experience
• Strong employee relations knowledge
• Excellent understanding of UK employment law
• An understanding of IR35 would be desirable
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and a desire to learn
• Good IT skills
• CIPD qualification desirable
