Our client, a global business, whose head office is based in Hatfield, is seeking a Weekend Customer Support Advisor to join their outgoing, friendly team. The role will consist of working on customer queries, assigning work to field engineers and following up on tasks, in an efficient and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have office-based experience or proven computer skills whether through education or otherwise. The candidate will be available to work Saturday and Sunday every week and have flexibility to cover additional shifts. The company can offer a working environment and fantastic progression opportunities.
Hours:
Saturday 10.00am – 8:00pm
Sunday 10:00am – 8:00pm
Additional hours required to act as holiday cover for shifts such as 6:00am – 14:30 or 14:00 – 00:00.
