Think Specialist Recruitment have registered a great role for a Customer Service Advisor working weekends only to join an expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who have grown significantly and have some major plans to continue over the coming years.
Working in an open planned, vibrant and friendly office, it will be your duty to provide front line support for customers. The nature of calls will be incredibly varied from offering advice and guidance through to handling complaints and ensuring all compliance checks are completed. The ideal candidate will have fantastic and clear communication skills, always be professional, good personality and demonstrate a good energy when speaking with customers.
Offering a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 you will also be entitled to a quarterly bonus. Working hours will be both Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 18:00.
