This new position would suit a candidate that has previous experience of managing a team of sales advisors, knows how to get the best out of the team and has a passion for sales. 

Salary - up to £35,000 basic plus OTE 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Leading, engaging and motivating the team to achieve financial targets
• Assisting each team member to work towards their full potential 
• Helping each team member with their own development plan
• 1-2-1 meetings with each member of staff, agreeing individual objectives
• Liaise with Marketing Department and agree promotional sales deals 
• Review daily performance versus trends and make the required adjustments to achieve weekly and monthly targets
• Own the high-performance plan for your team and each individual to ensure targets are achieved
• Design and maintain KPI's for the team
• Grow and maintain strong working relationships with other departments

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar position
• Experience with performance managing a sales team
• Positive attitude 
• Approachable with strong communication skills 
• Ambitious and driven
• Lead by example 
• Proven track record of assisting team to work towards and exceed set targets 
• Previous experience within sales/contact centre envrionment
