This role is all about delivering excellent Customer Service, goals and business expectations set by the sales manager, key to this role is internal and external relationships with the ability to support delivery of sales targets. You will work alongside another Account Manager and both should work individually and as a team for the department goals
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (There will be a requirement on some occasions to travel/work outside of those hours and also for some overnight stays, all expenses paid for)
Duties:
- Supporting the process and delivery of key accounts in line with set targets to deliver desired revenue
- Providing weekly and monthly sales reports to clients with dialogue
- Update of sales messages to clients for client landing pages/media channels
- Implementing offers and sales as required to clients as defined via the sales manager through their tactical meetings
- Check and change all media – both print and digital to make sure they are current, relevant and on brand
- Preparation of creative for promotional client offers and delivery within client deadlines
- Update of current sales to sales manager with summary of activity by account and relevant summary of outcome. In support of quarterly forecasts.
- Prepare and distribute partnership activity update to internal teams and parks
- Maintain and update all internal information sources with client offers and all dialogue
- Communicate client offers to internal stakeholders
- Client review meetings (key accounts must be quarterly as defined by Sales manager)
- Prepare and fulfil partner incentives
- Onsite training in partner offices or as required both in the UK and Europe
- Visits to fulfil educational or meetings as required
- Support reviewing of client contracts with sales manager
- Periodic check of competitor pricing and marketing with clients
Candidate requirements:
- Driving licence and vehicle
- Be able to take responsibility for your own area of the business and workload
- Sales and target focussed whilst not compromising on customer service and our values
- Be able to work independently and as a close team to deliver goals
- Ensure you proudly present yourself in a manner that reflects the brand values
- Clear attention to detail and accuracy with some analytical skills
- Have a real desire to learn and flexibility to travel
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
