We are pleased to be recruiting for an Account Manager to join a family run business based in Hemel Hempstead. We are looking for a professional and self-motivated individual to generate new business as well as maintain excellent Customer Service with existing customers.

This role is predominantly field based with the occasional overnight stay (Company Car, Phone & Laptop will be provided)

Salary £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience

Duties:

• Generate leads from existing clients but mainly creating new leads
• Build and maintain existing relationship with our customers
• Act as the key interface between the customer, Scheduler and Lead engineer
• Obtaining feedback in the marketplace for any improvements or room for new developments
• Highly self-motivated, ambitious, go getter, organized
• Main clientele is UK based and our client would expect you to be able to travel to see customers and visit sites where needed. Abroad travel maybe required

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Previous experience in Account Management
• Attention to detail is a must
• Full, clean driving license
