Think Specialist Recruitment have registered some fantastic new roles working with an international company recruiting for multiple roles within the Customer Services team. This role is based within their head office located in the Colnbrook area and can offer the successful candidate the chance to work within a large team, helping and supporting customers on a first line basis. We are seeking candidates that have a can-do attitude and are able to working within a busy environment.  

Working for a well-recognised brand on a global basis, our client is initially offering a 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract with excellent career and development opportunities that can lead to a long term role.

Overview of duties:

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls
• To assist with customer enquiries whilst maintaining a high level of customer care
• Attempt to resolve customer enquires over the phone in a prompt and effective manner
• When necessary to escalate enquiries and correctly log data
• To liaise effectively with other teams across the company as a whole
• Be able to work within a timescale and achieve targets
• To work as part of large team and ensure that all set guidelines are met

Candidate requirements:

• Experience of working within a fast-paced customer service environment
• Strong use of initiative
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills and the ability to pick new systems up with ease
• A minimum of 1 year customer service /call centre experience is desirable
