Our client are a Global organisation based within the Watford area, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their team.
This position would suit somebody that has experience of leading a team within a Customer Service environment. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Leading a team of 6 members of staff, ensuring they are delivering a good level of Customer Service
• Maximising teams performance through coaching and mentoring 
• Ensuring the customers issues are resolved within a timely manner
• Monitoring calls and providing constructive feedback to team members
• Resolve escalated complaints 
• Building strong relationships across the business 
• To prepare reports as requested providing daily, weekly and monthly reports for Managers 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a managerial role - 2 years minimum 
• 5 years experience within Customer Service 
• Strong communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills 
• Good IT skills 
• SAP experience is preferred
