Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be working with a long-standing client for a business in Brentford who are in need an Interim Management Accountant.

This position would suit someone who is Part Qualified with 2+ years working in a medium to large sized business and is able to hit the ground running.

I am seeking someone who has manipulated large volumes of data and if you have experience of macros then this would be highly advantageous. Also experience in Microsoft Dynamics or Navision would be helpful if successful in this position.

The role is working for a market leading business which has a great 5-year growth plan which this person would play a huge part in.

There is a potential opportunity for the role to go permanent for the right candidate.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Monthly P&L production for specific budget areas
• Providing analysis of trends and influencing business decisions
• Provide performance analysis and periodic management reporting
• Identify Management Information requirements through discussion with the business, and provide timely and meaningful data to support the business needs
• Monthly Commission payment calculations
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation of statistical returns
• Provide reports on budget vs actual spend
• Forecast, budget and plans
• Ensure that processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Understand and agree KPIs and performance criteria
• Ad-hoc project work
