Think Accountancy have partnered with an exciting business in Farnborough in the recruitment of a Temp to Perm Financial Accountant.

The position will be ideal for someone who is actively studying or is perhaps already qualified with experience in a Financial Accountant role. You will support the Finance Manager and play a key role in the financial accounting across a number of entities. This is a full time role with the majority of the time based in their new Farnborough office.

Key responsibilities include

• Support the UK and the US based Finance teams to ensure timely month end reporting
• Provide assistance on company Audits
• Treasury
• Intercompany transactions
• Tax
• Month end activities including journal entries
• Balance Sheet reconcilations
• Cashflow forecasting, reviewing payments runs
• Supporting statutory accounts
• VAT return preparation
• Variance analysis
• Project support

The successful applicant will be Qualified or Part Qualified with relevant experience in a Financial Accountant role. You will require excellent technical accounting skills as well as advanced Excel.
