Think Specialist Recruitment is working with an international company to recruit 3 x HR Administrators to join their Human Resources department.  With their UK headquarters based on the outskirts of Slough, they are a global market leader within their field and offer excellent scope for progression and development. Based in fantastic new offices, the HR Administrators are responsible for the screening and vetting of candidates to ensure employee compliance to company policies.

This is a great opportunity for a HR graduate or candidate looking to start their careers in a human resources department.  Candidates must have excellent administration and organisation skills.

Role overview:

• Processing employee application forms
• Logging forms and paperwork onto internal systems
• Working with hiring managers across UK to ensure all documents are collected from applicants
• Ensuring copies of all necessary ID verification documents are taken from applicants
• Where required, ensure that Visas and Right to Work documents are present and up to date
• Requesting references from employers, chasing as required
• Sending DBS forms off for screening and flagging any convictions to HR team
• Chasing applicants for documents and/or reference information
• Checking applicant files to ensure all relevant paperwork is present
• Signing off applicants for start dates

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent administration skills
• Must have an interest in working in HR
• Good IT skills
• Highly organised and a good communicator
