Currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent, we are seeking candidates with the ability to work in a busy and target driven environment. Previous customer service and administration experience required. An excellent company with a great culture and lots of opportunities for career progression.
Salary circa £20,000 to £22,000
Overview of role:
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Resolving customer queries as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Be responsible for and manage own customer base
- Providing daily updates for the team
- Maintain high levels of activity on a daily basis
- Raising credit notes
- Investigating issues to reduce recurring queries
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve and investigate queries
- Working with both UK and international colleagues
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Strong communication skills, spoken and written
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and work to targets
