Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Global organisation based within the Watford area. This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service candidate with Financial Services experience to join a market leading company. 
This position will be providing Customer Service to Business based Customers who any queries relating to payments or wanting to make amendments to their payments. 

Salary - £26,000-29,000pa plus fantastic benefits including 25 days annual leave, private health care, fantastic pension and more

Some of the duties will include:

• Working in a team as well as independently to service the needs of customers, partners and vendors
• Overseeing the team mailbox and ensuring all queries are completed within set KPIs
• Terminations of contracts upon receipt of funds
• Processing requests and relevant documentation
• Processing any asset protection changes
• Issuing credit notes for customers
• Making amendments on the system 

The relevant candidate:

• Previous Customer Service experience
• Previous Financial Services experience
• Strong organisation skills
• Problem solving skills 
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to spot numerical errors
• Strong team player
