We are pleased to be recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a growing company based in Hemel Hempstead on a 10-month FTC.

If you have previous experience within a similar position or have a background in administrative/coordinating positions, then this could be a great opportunity for you!

On a day-to-day basis you could expect to be involved in everything supporting the Ops team with customer invoices, booking hotels for clients, processing quotes, dealing with the general office admin duties and much more!

This is a Monday to Friday position, with standard hours. This position is paying up to £30K depending on candidate experience. Please note as well that we are ideally looking for someone who is immediately available as this is a 10-month contract (there may be some possibility for this to extend but this is not guaranteed).

What to expect:

• Supporting the finance and Ops teams with invoicing customers.
• Manage and monitor ongoing costs.
• Setting up New Purchase Orders.
• Checking and matching purchase orders to supplier invoices.
• Direct liaison with customers as an when required – email/Telephone calls.
• Booking Hotels for clients, if required.
• Answering the phone and accepting deliveries.
• Assisting in Credit Control activities
• Fully manage client planners and report any un-authorised changes.
• Returning warranty items back to the manufacturer.

What do we need from you:

• Ideally you will need some form of Operations/Scheduling or experience within an administrative position.
• The ability to commute daily and work in the Hemel Hempstead office. 
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong teamwork abilities.
• Organised, structured approach with a focus on problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach.
