Account Manager – for a well-known, exciting brand!!

9 – 12 month fixed term contract

We are incredibly pleased to be recruiting for a long-standing client based in Hemel Hempstead.

This well-established company is one of the market leaders in their sector and are highly successful and continuously growing across the board. They are looking for an Account Executive to join their team on a 9 – 12 month fixed term contract.

Within this role you will be working with Business to Business clients, offering the highest level of customer care to maintain and build upon existing relationships. This is a very diverse and interesting role for someone wanting to further their experience within Account Management. Getting your foot in the door with a client such as this, could open up many opportunities for the right person going forwards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with an existing portfolio of key accounts and offering the highest level of service
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to clients with regards to sales
• Informing customers of movements and developments on sales from all channels
• Meeting with customers off site in various locations where necessary
• Involvement in promotional offers, working closely with Marketing and other relevant departments
• Prepare and distribute sales activity relevant to each client
• Update and maintain accurate information on the internal CRM system
• Attend client review meetings
• Assisting in quoting and pricing

Candidate Requirements:

• Confident and able to manage own workload
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• A desire to learn and get involved in all aspects of the role
• A proven track record in Account Management, Sales or Customer Care
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Thrives in a fun, busy and vibrant working environment
• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car
