Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Hitchin area. This company have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join the team. This position would suit someone who has previous experience as a Customer Service Manager, someone who enjoys managing people, as well as have a passion for excellent customer service.

This person will be fully office based, so must live within a commutable distance to Hitchin. 

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week

Some of the duties will include:

• Provide leadership, mentoring development and management to the customer service team 
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided 
• Developing strong relationships with the customer base, focussing on key and national accounts 
• Building good relationships internally, working across all departments 
• Working with management at all levels to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction 
• Monitor KPI's within the departments, helping team to work towards targets and goals
• Complete accurate and timely invoicing and where required customer credits
• Provide customers with regular feedback and update reports
• Ensuring within the department all customer needs can be met
• Using Salesforce to monitor progress, from logging through to completion
