Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Global organisation based within the Watford area. This company have an exciting opportunity for a language speaker to join their expanding team on an ongoing temporary basis for a minimum of 4 months ( - that is guaranteed work until after Christmas!). This candidate will have previous experience within a Customer Service environment, as well as some strong administrative skills and most importantly a fluent Italian speaker!


Some of the duties will include: 

• Dealing with customer orders over the phone and email
• Handling customer queries in regards to deliveries professionally and within a timely manner
• Liaising with the warehouse and supply chain contacts in regards to customer deliveries 
• Handling any invoice queries 
• Work closely with Account Managers 
• Keeping customer records up to date 
• To provide support for other members of the team

The suitable candidate:

• Fluent Italian speaker
• Previous experience within customer service
• Strong communication skills Italian and English - written and verbal
• Strong team player 
• Good IT skills
