Are you experienced in leading contract negotiations, analysing business plans and ensuring that contract deliverables are met? We are looking for a Licensing Executive who is passionate about sports, to be responsible for securing new licensing deals and negotiate renewals. You will maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities, and key licensees. Working closely with the MD, you will develop and execute long-term growth strategies and also identify new licensing opportunities based on sales trends of other licensees. The Licensing Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day account management for the company’s clients as well as general support across the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide account management for clients as well as general support across the business.
• Secure new licensing deals and negotiate renewals
• Negotiate deal terms and submit for legal drafting
• Liaise with the legal team and licensee on contract drafting
• Attend Trade Fairs or category specific shows across the UK and Europe
• Track sales process in a reportable fashion for each client
• Recommend additional opportunities to grow client businesses based on program expertise
• Maximise opportunity with clients, identifying gaps where more products can be sold.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum two years of related work experience
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to adjust to changing business environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to build and present presentations
• Excellent follow-up, self-starter, problem solver/facilitator, eager to offer ideas/solutions, knows when to seek others' input.
