This role is based within their head office and will offer the successful candidate the chance to work within a large team, helping and supporting customers on a first line basis.

This role can guarantee the successful candidates great experience and guaranteed full time working hours with the very strong potential of permanent employment. We are looking for candidates that are immediately available for a new role with experience of working within a customer facing role.

Overview of duties:

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls
• To assist with customer enquiries whilst maintaining a high level of customer care
• Attempt to resolve customer enquires over the phone in a prompt and effective manner
• When necessary to escalate enquiries and correctly log detailed notes
• To liaise effectively with other teams across the company as a whole
• To work as part of large team and ensure that all set guidelines are met

Candidate requirements:

• Experience of working within a fast-paced customer service environment
• Strong use of initiative
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills and the ability to pick new systems up with ease
• A minimum of 1 years customer service /call centre experience is desirable however NOT essential.
