Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading organisation within their industry, one of the UK's largest. My client have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join the team on a 12 month FTC. The successful candidate will be an experienced PA, they are looking for someone who has handled confidential information and supported at Senior level, ideally at Senior level within a HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work for a leading company. 

Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
12 month FTC 

Some of the duties will include:

• Diary management, scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms as required for the HRLT
• Opening all incoming emails, responding within a timely manner or escalating as required 
• Responding to incoming calls for the HRLT 
• Acting as the key point of contact within the HR function 
• Ensure all aspects of the HR office area run smoothly, reporting any issues to Facilities or IT 
• Keeping corporate documents and records updated, maintaining a high level of confidentiality 
• Organising HR meetings and organising the annual HR conference 
• Ordering office supplies 
• Keeping HRLT diaries up to date
• Making travel arrangements as required 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous PA experience at Senior level (Ideally within a HR function)
• Strong administration skills 
• Strong communication skills 
• Highly organised 
• Available for a 12 month FTC
• Able to commute to the Watford area
• Trustworthy with the ability to work with confidential information
