Currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent, we are seeking candidates with the ability to work in a busy and target driven environment. Previous customer service and administration experience required.  An excellent company with a great culture and lots of opportunities for career progression.

Salary circa £20,000 to £22,000

Overview of role:

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Resolving customer queries as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Be responsible for and manage own customer base
• Providing daily updates for the team
• Maintain high levels of activity on a daily basis
• Raising credit notes
• Investigating issues to reduce recurring queries
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve and investigate queries
• Working with both UK and international colleagues

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous customer service and administration experience
• Strong communication skills, spoken and written
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be self-motivated and work to targets
