We are recruiting an After Sales Customer Support Specialist to be based in the Head Office of a high-growth business in Hemel Hempstead, a company that are leaders in their industry and completely revolutionised the way their customers purchase.

The role of this team is to make sure that current customers and service users are fully aware of their future options and other services available to them.

This is a fantastic role for anyone good at building relationships and speaking to customers, you are fully focussed on speaking to current customers and providing them with the best level of service.

You will be part of a very varied, fun and driven team who collectively and individually help produce fantastic results for the business.

This role will be paying £23,000 + Bonus, office based in the Maylands Industrial area of Hemel Hempstead (Free parking on site), working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Role overview:

• Making outbound calls to customers to build a relationship, ensure they have all relevant information and understanding of products and services
• Dependant on the customers needs, gather quotations for new and add on products and relay information to them.
• Updating internal spreadsheets & CRM systems
• Relationship building with external & internal customers
• Flexibility to cross train across different roles within the Customer and Admin department

Candidate requirements:

• Professional and authoritative telephone manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in an customer/administration/number’s role
• The ability to build relationships with customers, internal staff, and external suppliers quickly and effectively
• The ability to demonstrate empathy with customers and show a clear understanding of their needs
• Ability to work as part of a focused and determined team
