Our client, a global business, whose head office is based in Hatfield, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their outgoing, friendly team. The role will consist of working alongside internal and external teams, assigning work to field engineers and following up on tasks, in an efficient and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have office-based experience or proven computer skills whether through education or otherwise and be available to work Monday to Friday.
