Our client, a global business, whose head office is based in Hatfield, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their outgoing, friendly team. The role will consist of working alongside internal and external teams, assigning work to field engineers and following up on tasks, in an efficient and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have office-based experience or proven computer skills whether through education or otherwise and be available to work Monday to Friday. Working Hours: 

Mon - Fri 8:30am - 17:00pm

Overview of duties:

• Be a trusted first point of contact to third party services customers and engineering colleagues.
• Liaise with all departments internal and external
• Generate invoicing and management information packs accurately within tight timescales
• Handle a wide variety of engineering queries from across the UK.
• Manage ‘Tickets’ on the in-house database, ensuring a high level of organization.
• Ensuring engineer queries and issues are followed through until completion.
• Multi-task and make key decisions.
• Problem solving following processes within a busy environment.

• Proven computer skills
• Proficiency on Outlook/Excel
• Ability to confidently communicate
• A good team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
