Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation who are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience, strong communication skills, good organisational skills and excellent administration skills to join a brilliant team. This person will be providing support to the Key Account Director, assisting them in growing the business. 

Hours - 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday 
Generous salary depending on experience

Some of the duties will include:

• Support the Key Account Director in nurturing and growing key accounts 
• Responding and following up on sales enquiries, quotations and processing orders
• Identify and source products from a wide range of global suppliers and manufacturers
• Prepare bids for contracts, including sourcing and pricing of items
• Day to day contract management
• Stock management 
• Communicating with other departments and overseas office
• Acting as initial point of contact for quality issues 
• Working well as part of the team, assisting with other duties as necessary  

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar position 
• Strong numeracy skills
• Experience with using Excel
• A high level of attention to detail
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Great time management skills 
• Good commercial acumen
• Commutable distance to the office
