We have an excellent opportunity to join a very well established local business who have massively expanded and grown over the years to become one of the UK's leading companies in their field. As such they are looking to continue this expansion and bring in a passionate and enthusiastic customer service administrator to join their team based in Hemel Hempstead.
This role is on a temp to perm basis and offers the right candidate great chances to progress within the company, both within their department and moving into other areas of the business.
You can expect to join a very buzzy and friendly team, where progression and development is fully backed and supported by all. Being fully immersed into a lovely team where you'll find yourself on work incentives and nights out with your individual team and the company, somewhere that good work is recognised with weekly employee of the week rewards etc.
This is going to be an ideal position for someone who is very passionate about customer service but also looking for something offering variety, as no 2 days are going to be the same here, yes you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls within the customer service team, but you'll also have administrative tasks, enquiries and work on their bespoke web system too.
