Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be supporting a local business in Hemel Hempstead who are seeking an experienced and immediately avaialble Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a high-volume position, so it is essential you have experience in a position where your focus was accounts payable.

 My client is a rapidly growing organisation and so are on the look out for a candidate who can work well in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supplier Payments
• Setting up new supplier accounts
• Maintain supplier details on the system
• Bank Reconciliations
• Filing
• Dealing with manual invoices and payments
• Managing and resolving supplier queries
• Direct Debits
• BACS Payments
• Reconciling staff expenses
• Purchase Orders
• Check and code all invoices

 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a similar role
• Experienced accounts payable assistant with sound technical skills
• Experience of working with a fully integrated ERP system
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Good problem-solving skills
