Our client, a global business, whose head office is based in Hatfield, is seeking a Technical Customer Support Executive to join their outgoing, friendly team. The role will consist of working on tickets, solving system faults and following up on open tasks, in an efficient and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have office-based experience or proven computer skills whether through education or otherwise and will be available to work Monday to Friday with some weekend work (on a rota basis). The company can offer a good bonus scheme, friendly working environment and fantastic progression opportunities.
