Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic company based within the Stevenage area. This company are at an exciting point of growth, due to this, they have an opportunity for a candidate with previous B2B customer service experience to join their expanding team.

This position will suit someone who enjoys working with business based customers, has a great level of customer service, as well as someone who enjoys working within a fast paced environment. The suitable candidate must be within a commutable distance to Stevenage as this is based in the office 4 days a week. 

Salary - up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus bonus 
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with 4 days in and 1 from home

Some of the duties will include:

• Working with a portfolio of business based customers, being the primary point of contact
• Building strong working relationships internally and externally
• Providing a high level of service to customers 
• Regular check ins with allocated customers, reviewing needs and supporting on any queries 
• Order administration, supporting customers with their orders 
• Working closely with other departments including Sales, Marketing and Operations 
• Working well within a team environment 
• Providing administrative support where necessary

• Previous experience within B2B customer service
• Strong communication skills on all levels
• High level of attention to detail 
• Organised with the ability to manage a heavy workload
• Great team player
• Local to Stevenage 
• Happy to be based within the office 4 days a week
