We are recruiting a permanent HR Manager for a highly successful and expanding company based on the outskirts of Bedford. This is a new role within the company where the HR Manager will take ownership of all elements of the company’s HR and the business is open to considering candidates on both a full-time or part-time basis (9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday or similar).
We are seeking candidates with strong, all-round HR knowledge who is comfortable taking on the administrative elements of the role, along with taking responsibility for shaping the HR function of the business. Ideally candidates will have worked at HR Manager level for an SME.
