Do you have medical or healthcare recruitment experience? Do you have a background of managing a team in a recruitment environment? We have an exciting In-house Recruitment Manager opportunity to work out of brand new offices for a large healthcare company in Luton. As the business continues their growth and evolution, this is a great time to join a vibrant and energetic team! 

We are looking for candidates with Recruitment Manager/Talent Acquisition Manager experience – MUST have healthcare or medical industry knowledge and experience leading a team!

You will manage a team of recruiters to drive and deliver the talent attraction strategy. Working closely with the recruitment administration team you will ensure applicants are progressed through pre-employment screening and onboarding.
