We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Sales and Customer Service Administrator for a growing client of ours based near Kings Langley. Initially this role will be starting on a temporary basis with the strong potential of a permanent offering for the right candidate!

The successful candidate will join a small and fast paced customer service team dealing with clients and colleagues based in France and surroundings area. This position is a varied role which will involve sales order processing and customer service related duties. It is essential that the successful candidate is fluent in French and English both verbal and written. You must be organised and have exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Order Processing on SAP
• Liaise with colleagues and customers in France and other key areas.
• Manage a specific portfolio of accounts and help on with other accounts where necessary.  
• Provide reports to customers, detailing stock and backorder updates.
• Liaise with Account Managers, updating them on any customer account or stock issues
• Dealing with emails and ensuring that responses fall in line with agreed SLA’s
• Deal with client queries                                                                                    
• Processing Invoicing                                                  
• Internal reporting                      

Essential Experience:

• You must be fluent (verbal and written) in French and English
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Happy to work in a fast paced environment and manage your time effectively
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written                      
• Offer the highest level of customer service to clients         
• Proven track record working within a customer service environment, where the needs of the customer are handled from beginning through to completion/delivery
• Proficient in Outlook, Word & Excel
