Think Specialist Recruitment have registered a great role for a Complaints Handler to join an expanding team within the Financial sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who have grown significantly and have some major plans to continue over the coming years.
Working in an open planned, vibrant and friendly office, it will be your duty to provide customer support to escalated cases. The nature of calls will be predominantly handling complaints and ensuring all compliance checks are completed, so a background in Complaints Handling and Financial Services is essential. The ideal candidate will have clear communication skills, professionalism, a good personality and demonstrate a good energy and understanding when speaking with customers.
Offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 you will also be entitled to a quarterly bonus.
