We are now recruiting for an Administrator for a company based in Kings Langley due to a promotion within the current team.

This position is going to be on a temp basis to start, we are looking for someone that can start within the coming days if possible, with a weeks handover to take place and then constant support from the manager and team to follow.

Initially, this will be on a 3-month temp basis, with a strong possibility that this could then be something that could be made permanent going into 2024.

Full training is going to be provided with this role, so this would suit a school leaver, graduate or someone wanting to enter an office-based role.

You can expect to be trained on all of the administrative and phone-based elements of the role, as well as helping to raise statements, help book accommodation, flights and travel for the team and ordering office supplies.

All we need and expect from you is to have a can-do attitude, the desire to get into an office and you’ll need the ability and confidence to pick up the phone and speak with customers when required and make calls to support on the duties mentioned above.

The offices are based in Kings Langley with free parking on site, you’ll be working fully office based in them at the hours of 8.30am to 5pm, plus a lunch break. With weekly pay for the temp period of this at £11 to £12 per hour dependant on experience.
