We are pleased to be recruiting for an Account Manager to join a growing business, liasing with clients across the Cambridge/Bedfordshire area.

We are ideally looking for candidates with customer service experience, preferably within a retail or customer facing environment.

This is a Monday to Friday position. This role will involve travel Monday to Thursday where you will be meeting clients face to face. Friday will then be remote working where you can catch up on your administrative tasks from the week. This company offer a number of fantastic benefits including a 5% bonus opportunity per quarter based on sales targets met, 25 days holiday, excellent pension scheme plus many more.

This position is paying a base salary of £25,000 + you will also be entitled to a company car with all fuel and travel costs covered.

Duties include:

• Establish a visit/telephone call plan
• Generate sales among client accounts
• Operate as point of contact for assigned customers
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
• Communicate client needs and demands
• Track client account sales volumes and other KPI’s
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Visiting sites from Monday to Thursday to upsell and cross sell products
• Keeping records up to date i.e. visits/client transactions
• Occasional overnight stay away from home may be required
