We are pleased to be recruiting for a Temporary HR Advisor to work alongside a high performing HR Team within a global company based in Greenford on a full-time and temporary basis.

This role will be fast paced and you will be kept very busy with an emphasis on onboarding and supporting on payroll.

Please note, this could just be a temp support role if that is what you’re looking for, but the long-term plan is that this could in fact become a HR Co-ordinator/Advisor on a permanent basis paying up to approx. £35,000 for the right candidate.

This position will be working Monday to Friday, with 4 days a week being based in their lovely and modern office space in Greenford and then 1 days a week being remote working. – Offices have free parking on site and nearby and also a few minutes walk from the local train station.

Hours for this role are flexible, it is a 37.5 hours working week, but they could allow an 8am, 8.30am, 9am or 9.30am start.

As this role is a HR Temp Support role it will be weekly pay initially and dependant on experience, around £15 to £16 per hour + holiday accrual.

Duties:

• Provide first line support on all HR issues and HR administrative support to HR Business team
• Ensure the completion and resolution of assigned HR tickets is within agreed SLA’s
• Accurate administration of people processes, including on-boarding, probation reviews, contract changes, family / special leave, flexible working, leavers and employee benefits
• Accurate and timely maintenance of data on internal systems across Core HR, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Talent Acquisition (Recruiting), Reporting and Absence
• Understand the relevant HR policies and procedures and to assist employees and Line Managers in the correct interpretation and implementation of polices
• Ensure the maintenance of electronic employee files / records and myHR records, making sure these meet company, legislative and regulatory requirements
• Update the Payroll team regarding notification of new starters, leavers and variations to contract, in accordance with monthly payroll deadlines
• Undertake specific projects/ad hoc duties as required
