We are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Centre Manager for a fantastic company based in Hemel Hempstead. We are ideally looking for someone with Sales and Operations experience. In this role you will be reporting to the Regional General Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your site or sites and expected to travel between sites when required.

8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Up to £35,000pa + Quarterly bonuses

Duties:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of your site or sites
• Sales / Marketing for your site
• Processing of supplier invoices
• Ensure all sites carry out marketing and follow up on leads received to maximize sales potential.
• Supervision of the maintenance, reception and administration staff
• Monthly invoicing
• Weekly reports
• Reviewing and managing yours site P&L against budget
• Completion of all renewals & arrears within allocated time scales
• Regularly walk round sites to confirm that standards of appearance are being maintained.
• Ensure that company procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to. (Weekly fire alarm tests, six monthly evacuations, identification of hazards of slips, trips and falls etc.)
• Ensure that all reports are completed in a timely fashion
• Ensure that the accounts and property departments are informed of issues as necessary
• Any other duties reasonably required by your line manager
