My client are a market leader in their field, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. This position would suit a candidate who has previous experience within a similar position, previous experience with SAP would be an advantage. 

Salary - £23,000pa

Some of the duties will include:

• Providing administrative support to the sales teams
• Dealing with customer enquiries quickly and efficiently 
• Processing sales order over the phone and via email 
• Arranging suitable delivery dates with customers
• Communicating with drivers to confirm customer delivery times 
• Handling stock checks, price enquiries and product enquiries 
• Communicating with the accounts team to ensure customer payments are processed

The suitable candidate:

• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Previous SAP experience would be an advantage
• Ability to communicate professionally over the phone with customers 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Team player
• Previous experience within a similar position 
• Strong administration skills
