We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a growing company in Luton to start work as of the second week of October.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that partner some of the largest and high profile companies in the world.
This role will be on a temp to perm basis, with the role initially on a work from home basis, with a view to the office slowly opening up again over the next few months.
The role will be speaking to UK based clients, customers and suppliers on the phone, providing updates and keeping on top of any relevant admin and data input tasks; as well as being involved in other projects.
A good telephone manner and quality communication skills are essential, training will be given but you will need to be comfortable using a computer and microsoft office packages - Making this the ideal position for a graduate, school leaver or someone looking to gain more experience in an office role with progression.
Core hours are 9am-5pm with an hourly rate of £9 (plus holiday pay).
We will be looking to hold interviews via Teams in the coming weeks, with successful candidates going into the office to collect equipment and start work on Monday 12th October.
