We’re now recruiting for a huge global organisations office based in Luton, looking for someone at the start of their finance career and wanting to gain experience with a company working with the likes of Amazon, John Lewis, Tesco and many more big names.

This would initially be a temporary position, looking for someone to join the Audit team as a Customer Service Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that partner some of the largest and high-profile companies in the world. You will be assigned to their UK based clients, customers and suppliers and speaking to them daily on the phone, providing updates and keeping on top of any relevant admin and data input tasks; as well as being involved in other projects. 

A good telephone manner and quality communication skills are essential, training will be given but you will need to be comfortable using a computer and Microsoft office packages.

Making this the ideal position for a graduate, school leaver or someone early on in their finance career – Some form of finance experience, knowledge, education or AP in particular would be necessary.

Core hours are 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday) with an hourly rate of approximately £10.42 plus holiday hours. This role would be fully office based to start, then after training you’d be able to move onto a hybrid structure.

This position is initially on a temp basis, although there’s a huge chance that for the right person for this to lead into a longer-term role within the team.
