As well as having a strong work ethic and world-class organisational skills, we are also looking for someone with a natural ability to build relationships and a flair for succeeding under pressure.

Duties:

• Working alongside the Recruitment Manager; On-boarding process
• Taking telephone enquiries: Following through full recruitment process from taking the call to ensuring full compliance within set deadlines
• Gaining references, inductions and compliance in line with relevant audits
• Data Entry: Accurately loading new candidates on to the internal system and cleansing the current database
• Building lasting relationships
• Working alongside teams to keep accurate records of each compliance i.e. right to work, training, etc.

Candidate requirements:

• Communication - you'll need to be a natural 'people person'
• Organisation - an expert with both digital and paper record-keeping and can work towards deadlines
• Resilience - will achieve your goal despite setbacks
• Resourcing/Recruitment - ability to know the recruitment basics (right to work checks, gaining references, etc.)
• Focus - can keep track of many tasks at once following all through to completion
