Do you have excellent Customer Service and Admin skills?

9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, early finish on a Friday

Duties:

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquires
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquires
• Preform customer verifications
• Set up new customer accounts
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant office/administration experience
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
• Numeric, oral and written language applications
• Refined interpersonal skills
• Communication skills – Verbal, written and listening skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Data collection and ordering
• Flexible approach to work according to the organisation
• Ability to show initiative
