We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a successful and growing organisation just on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead. The company are expanding and are looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operations which includes managing a small team, as well as hands on involvement in operations.

This role requires a natural and accomplished organiser, team management skills, customer focus, an excellent communicator, and someone keen to take ownership of operations and processes.

Duties:

• Reviewing, managing and reporting on processes
• Quality management, including maintaining ISO 9001 certification
• Managing the small administration team
• Manage and participate in email and phone support for customers and users
• Project management
• Data management
• Account management including invoicing
• Participate in monthly senior management team meeting

Candidate requirements:

• Very organised and have supervisory and management experience
• Solid experience of improving processes and operations
• An excellent communicator, happy on the phone and with excellent people management skills
• Customer focused and enjoy interacting with customers
• Focused on efficiency and continuous process improvement
