We are currently recruiting for a flexible part time Receptionist to join a small team based in Hemel Hempstead. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can demonstrate a professional but friendly telephone manner with first class customer care.

7:45am to 12:45pm Monday to Friday

Duties:

• Manage company switchboard
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls
• Accurate message taking
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Oversee outgoing mail
• Maintain stationery and beverage cupboard stock levels and keep up to date records via Excel
• Negotiate best prices with suppliers
• Administer lunch bookings
• Keep reception area clean and tidy
• Establish and maintain relationships with colleagues in all departments
• Organise and control usage of meeting and conference rooms
• Assist HR
