Our Client, an international company with head offices in Watford is looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team in their modern, open plan office. The role will involve working alongside the Field Sales team to establish and execute innovative and dynamic sales strategies. Base salary circa £25,000 to £27,000 plus quarterly bonus with a realistic first year earnings of £35,000 plus 30 days holiday (+ bank holidays), private healthcare, pension and much more!

Main Duties:

• Managing a set portfolio of UK customer accounts
• Building relationships with key points of contact within a client
• Providing a first-class service to all customers
• Liaising with key decision makers across the customer base
• Servicing the client requirements and dealing with all product queries
• Creating and executing a sales strategy using data from market trends, customers and competitors
• Identify target clients/accounts
• Understanding technical products and selling them to potential customers
• Warm-calling, following up leads from the field team
• Leading price and contract negotiation
• Understanding customer buying decisions and patterns
• Supporting pricing strategy development

Person Profile:

• A graduate or candidate with previous customer service or account management experience
• Fantastic customer service skills
• Can work autonomously but is also a team player.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and positive.
• Outgoing and friendly, with a "can do" attitude
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Inquisitive, and open to new ideas and ways of working.
