We’re on the look for a Materials and Purchasing Administrator for a very successful and well-established global company based in Berkhamsted, to join them asap and start supporting their Buyer and the Operations department on a temp to perm basis.

This company are renowned for bringing people in and developing them, with many of the current senior leadership team working their way up from lower level roles within the business over the years, so if you’re looking for a company and team that are supportive and will help push you to achieve great things, this is the place to be!

Ideally, we’re looking for people that have some form of buying, purchasing or even sales administration/order processing experience that could relate to some aspects of this role from the get-go.

Long term, this is a permanent, full-time position, but looking to find the perfect long term fit for both the candidate and this company, we are looking for someone that can start relatively soon and begin as a temp for a number of weeks, giving you a great chance to get a good insight into the team and department and then look to discuss the permanent role.

This position is based in their Berkhamsted offices, free parking on site and just off the high street, only a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Hours are either 8am – 5pm (with a 1-hour break) or 8:30am – 5pm (with a half an hour break), working Monday to Friday, fully office based but they are flexible to allow people to work from home when required.

This role is paying £13 to £15.50 per hour and weekly pay as a temp, this is the equivalent to the £25,000 to £30,000 salary for the role – Although please note, for someone with previous experience in buying or purchasing, this is negotiable.
