We are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join an Internal Recruitment Team for a fast-paced industry leader based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic role for someone that is motivated and driven to achieve high standards
This role is office based but requires occasional site visits from time to time so some travel will be required
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 17:30pm (Some weekend work may be required)
The Role:
- Data cleanse of database - Going through existing database checking details, taking references and compliance.
- Maintaining the database.
- Going through online applications, social media enquiries and phone calls.
- On boarding new starters, going through tick list to make sure each one is fully compliant and ready to work.
- Booking medicals and inductions.
- Keeping on top of compliance, expiry dates ect.
- Supporting the Recruitment team with any adhoc tasks they may have.
- Customer service, keeping high standard of communication between the customer and client
- Complete all filing on a daily basis.
- Scheduling
