We are pleased to welcome a new starter to the Think team!

Vicky Baxter has joined the business as a Recruitment Consultant and will be working alongside of Bobby Collins to recruit for permanent vacancies across Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas.

After nearly a decade as a dental nurse, Vicky made the leap into the world of sales and sale support roles. Her background has given her a strong foundation in communication, attention to detail, and understanding people – all of which she now brings into her role as a recruitment consultant.

She is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities, and prides herself on being approachable, honest and driven to deliver a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Outside of work you’ll usually find Vicky at a Pilates class, enjoying time with friends and family, planning her next holiday – or sipping a cocktail somewhere sunny!
