The Pepper Golf day got off to a great start with a full contingent of teams and even a little bit of late September sunshine. 

Breakfast was served, our goodie bags handed out and it was time to tee off. 

18 teams from local businesses in the area took part with a shotgun start and the promise of an afternoon BBQ they headed out with their compeitive heads on! There were lots of extra activities to add to the fun such as 'Beat the Pro' at the 6th hole, 'Straightest drive' and even a Chipping and Putting competition on the putting green. 

After all the action, back in time for a BBQ and a fantastic auction, with some great items to bid on such as: Signed Film Memorabilia (Lock Stock Signed by Vinnie Jones & Guy Ritchie, and 007 Signed by Daniel Craig), an afternoon tea for 2 at the DeVere Hotel and a family ticket to Warner Bros Studio among the top biddings. There were also team and individual prizes for the top teams and the nearest pin/straight drive winners.

For our part as the headline sponsor, the 76 golfers taking part, the raffle and the fantastic auction, the day raised over £8200 for The Pepper Foundation. We are very proud to have helped and everyone enjoyed what was a great day out for a fantastic cause!
